4 Week Body Weight Program


No equipment? No problem. Hectic schedule? No need to go anywhere. You owe yourself 15-30 minutes a day, which is why I created my newest 4 week body weight program!

The FaceFitness 4 Week Program is not only designed to prepare you for the 8 Week Program, but it is designed for your convenience and comfort! The entire 30 days of workouts are created with HIIT (high intensity interval training) body weight circuits lasting anywhere from 15-30 minutes. These workouts can be done at home, in your office on a lunch break, while the kids are napping, or a hotel room if you travel often. The level of difficulty will be up to you, and how hard you push yourself. You won’t be alone, you’ll have Kristy and I as your coaches and support the entire month!

“First of all, thank you so much for the opportunity to be able to take this program. These workouts have been a bit of a struggle sometimes but the fact that they aren’t too many of the same ones just keeps you interested plus 15-20min doesn’t end up being a lot when you get through it. I use to give up midway through workouts when I tried to do my own work outs, this takes the thinking out of it and keeps a consistent movement of the whole body. I loved it!!! I challenged myself after day 20, I bought a weighted vest and began workouts with it. The exercises are great! Having a random 40hr a week work schedule, military stuff and a personal life didn’t leave much room for driving to the gym and being there for 1-2hrs. The convenience of it is my favorite part this has given me strength and way more confidence because you see your times get better by keeping track, you see how much you improve. I took my Physical fitness test a week ago and my run time along with my push-ups have shown a significant difference. My legs can take a lot more not to mention my arms pumped out 30+ regular push-ups. Something I never thought I’d be able to do because I didn’t believe in myself but it’s like the strength just creeps up. You don’t even notice it until conditioning comes or time to compare your times. I’m truly grateful to have had the chance to work with you and Kristy because eating differently has also helped me feel more Energized. I’m definitely 100% more conscious about food labels and the amounts I allow myself to consume. It’s made me crave more of the good foods and want to learn more about macros and cook better. I’ll be sending my after picture soon things have just been a bit much with the military. Again, thank you both so much you’ve been a huge help with my constant questions. “I felt the 4 week program got me back on my feet and on track with my health. Even though my pictures don’t show much difference I feel great! The 4 week program wasn’t what I normally would do in my training but was a great change and has made me realize you don’t need to always use weights to see improvement. I struggled on most parts and this had shown me that my cardio is shocking and how unfit I really was.
