SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.


Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping  on orders over $70 in the contiguous United States. See the chart below for other free shipping thresholds. US orders are usually delivered within 7 business days.

We also have a European warehouse and ship anywhere within Europe for a flat fee of €12, or free shipping on orders above €60. European orders are delivered within 5 business days.


Order processing takes up to 2 business days. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Any orders placed after 5 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.


ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Expedited orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items or destinations.


Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).


We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses


Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been fulfilled.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays in transit, lost or stolen packages. Tracking information is provided and customers are encouraged to track shipments directly with the carrier for the most accurate delivery updates.
