We offer our services and products offline and online. However, Get Face Fit is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any offline/online course under any circumstance unless explicitly put forth by getfacefit.com. Get Face Fit will do all things possible to satisfy every customer in a reasonable way through reasonable consultant interaction.
Product Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of physical products such as balms or Gua Sha tools, you may return them in its original packaging and unused at your own expense within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less a $5 processing fee. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. Item(s) must be in its original packaging.

Return Process
Please contact us at contact@getfacefit.com to initiate a return and receive further instructions. All returns are subject to validation and approval. If a return is not approved for any reason, the item(s) may not be returned to you.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Get Face Fit is not responsible for lost shipments.
Product Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note:
A EUR 5.00 processing fee will be charged for all returns except in cases of damage.
Returned items must be unused or lightly used.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all original labels.
For items being returned due to physical damage, customers must submit photo proof and obtain approval from Get Face Fit prior to return. Upon such approval, Get Face Fit will pay for return shipping of approved items.
For items accompanied by a gift with purchase, both the purchased item(s) and the gift(s) with purchase must be returned for refund consideration.
